Customer will be required to provide to KORE a list of Devices for use on the System, and ensure necessary Device certification and accreditation has been completed.

Where Device certification is deemed by KORE or the Network Operator to be necessary or is mandated by the local Underlying Carrier, the certification shall be undertaken by the Customer and all costs involved shall be the sole responsibility of Customer and/or the Device manufacturer.
