DHE Included Program definition

DHE Included Program means a program, regardless of what medium such program was first released, made available by Licensor to Licensee for license on a DHE basis in the Territory.

DHE Included Program means each Feature Film and Television Episode that Licensee licenses from Licensor hereunder for distribution on a DHE basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of DHE Included Program in a sentence

  • The “DHE Distributor Price” for each DHE Included Program that is a Current Feature (including a Premium Current Feature) or Library Feature shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion.

  • An Approved Device must be registered to a Customer Account at the time the Customer requests delivery and in order to receive delivery via an Approved Transmission Means of a DHE Included Program in an Approved Format to such device.

  • Additional Technical Credits shall be allowed solely in the event that such DHE Customer represents, and such representation is not contradicted by evidence or behavior, that such DHE Customer has had a hardware or software malfunction that renders one or more copies of a validly purchased DHE Included Program unviewable or that the Approved Device to which a DHE Included Program was delivered has been replaced or upgraded.

  • With respect to Feature Films made available for DHE distribution in Canada, the “DHE Distributor Price” for each DHE Included Program that is a Feature Film shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion.

  • In the event that a Servicing Fee is payable by Licesenee, Licensee shall pay the Servicing Fee for each DHE Included Program no later than fifteen (15) days following Licensee’s receipt of the Copy and related materials (but in no event later than the date Licensee makes such DHE Included Program available on the DHE Service).

  • If no Announce Date is specified by Licensor, Licensee shall not pre-promote any DHE Included Program more than sixty (60) days prior to its DHE Availability Date unless otherwise directed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and in no event may Licensee promote any title prior to receiving an Availability Notice for such title.

  • Upon deregistration of any given Approved Device from an Account, such device may no longer receive and/or playback any DHE Included Program for such Account.

  • Notice of any adjustment to the DHE Distributor Price for a DHE Included Program that is not a Television Episode (“Repricing”) shall be set forth in a written notice to Licensee not less than 30 days prior to the effective date of such Repricing.

  • This Agreement shall not create any holdback on Licensor’s right to exploit any DHE Included Program in any version, language, territory or medium, or by any transmission means, in any format, to any device in any venue or in any territory at any time.

  • After the initial six months of the DHE Term, Licensor shall deliver each Availability Notice to Licensee not less than 45 days prior to the DHE Availability Date for each such DHE Included Program.

Related to DHE Included Program

  • Excluded Products means the part(s) of the Products specified as such in the Lot Information and Conditions;

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in relation to each KPI;

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Excluded Activities means any companies that are involved in the manufacture of tobacco products or inhumane weapons which includes cluster munitions, anti-personnel landmines, biochemical and nuclear weapon systems. Exclusion lists received from specialist third party companies together with data analysed by the Money Manager will be used to determine companies that manufacture tobacco and inhumane weapons. The Money Manager utilises third party data providers such as Sustainalytics, ISS and MSCI along with its own data.

  • (4) PROGRAM.—The term program’ means
