Digital Signature Provider definition

Digital Signature Provider means an entity that provides document signing services using digital technology.

Related to Digital Signature Provider

  • Digital Signature means authentication of any electronic record by a subscriber by means of an electronic method or procedure in accordance with the provisions of section 3;

  • Healthcare provider means any person or entity including a hospital, physician or a network of providers that provided healthcare services and/or treatments to or on behalf of a Settlement Program Claimant.

  • Contract Signature Page(s) means the cover page(s) that the Department and Contractor sign.

  • Digital Signal Level means one of several transmission rates in the time division multiplex hierarchy.
