Discharge of Additional Term Obligations means if any Indebtedness shall at any time have been incurred under any Additional Term Credit Facility, with respect to each Additional Term Credit Facility:
Discharge of Additional Term Obligations shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the ABL/Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement.
Discharge of Additional Term Obligations means the Discharge of Additional First Lien Term Obligations and the Discharge of Additional Second Lien Term Obligations.

In the event the First Priority Lien Obligations are modified and the Obligations are paid over time or otherwise modified pursuant to Section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code, the First Priority Lien Obligations shall be deemed to be discharged when the final payment is made, in cash, in respect of such indebtedness and any obligations pursuant to such new indebtedness shall have been satisfied.
