Discover Card definition

Discover Card means a Card bearing the Discover Marks and accepted as part of the DFS Services Network.
Discover Card when used to modify the term “account,” shall mean that access to such account is afforded by, among other means, a card bearing on its face the DISCOVER service ▇▇▇▇ (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B or, if the use of such service ▇▇▇▇ is suspended and another service ▇▇▇▇ is substituted therefor, a card bearing such substitute service ▇▇▇▇).
Discover Card means a valid and unexpired credit card issued by DFS Services LLC or one of its licensed issuers;

Discover Card. If you will be submitting Discover Card through NPC/Bank, you must provide your Discover Card Merchant Number for each location. If you do not have a signed agreement with Discover Card, you may receive your Discover Card Merchant Number from NPC. In this case, you will need to execute an appropriate agreement with Discover Card. JCB: If you will be submitting JCB through NPC/Bank, you must provide your JCB Merchant Number for each location.
