Discretionary Program definition

Discretionary Program means the program that may disburse up to five percent STIF funds to Public Transportation Service Providers, which includes Qualified Entities, through a competitive grant funding process.
Discretionary Program means a program financed by the Discretionary Account that may be offered by the Division to support Projects benefiting the Elderly and People with Disabilities.
Discretionary Program means that portion of the Plan relating to the Options and Awards issued in the discretion of the Plan Administrator pursuant to Article II hereof.
