Disparaging Statement definition
Disparaging Statement means any communication, oral or written, which would cause or tend to cause humiliation or embarrassment or to cause a recipient of such communication to question the business condition, integrity, product, service, quality, confidence, or good character of the Corporation or any Affiliate.
Disparaging Statement means any communication that is intended to defame or disparage, or has the effect of defaming or disparaging.
