Dispatch Equipment definition

Dispatch Equipment means any equipment (including any routers, computers, input / output notes and cables and software) owned by the Company and provided in respect of the provision of the Flexibility Services under this Agreement;
Dispatch Equipment. Includes, but is not limited to: A. IP-based interoperability gateway devices B. Radio dispatch console systems

  • The upgrade will be implemented in four phases: Phase I - Mayo Area Phase II - Southern Region except Mayo Area Phase III - North Region Phase IV - Emergency Dispatch Equipment & Software Upgrade Project description amended in FY07 to include purchasing of new communication equipment and software to replace out dated equipment.

  • Although the ECC will pay for maintenance coverage (See Section 13) for malfunctions due to manufacturing defects, all costs attributed to the loss, breakage, misuse, or destruction of any Dispatch Equipment caused by the Agency will be the responsibility of the Agency.

  • Should the Company identify a failure affecting the communications or Dispatch Equipment the Company may notify the Provider and that it requires a Proving Test in accordance with the requirements set out in Schedule 5.

  • If the Service Provider fails to remove and return the Dispatch Equipment, the Company shall be entitled to access the Site(s) and remove any such Dispatch Equipment and the Service Provider shall be liable to the Company in respect of the reasonable costs incurred by the Company in such removal.

  • Agency shall provide ECC will reasonable access to each Site as necessary for ECC to review, install, test, program, inspect, maintain or repair any Infrastructure and any Dispatch Equipment (see Section 5).

  • ECC agrees to maintain such property and casualty insurance as it deems appropriate on the Infrastructure and the Dispatch Equipment owned by the ECC.

  • Agency inspected each of the items of Dispatch Equipment upon receipt to make sure it is in good working order and free from defects and malfunctions, signing an Inventory Control Form, which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.

  • At ECC’s request, a representative designated by Agency, will accompany ECC’s employees or agents into any part of the Site for the purpose of installing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading, and/or removing the Infrastructure and/or the Dispatch Equipment.

Related to Dispatch Equipment

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.
