Dispatch Procedures definition

Dispatch Procedures means the procedures under which Buyer is entitled to Dispatch the Facility, as set forth in Exhibit P.
Dispatch Procedures means the procedures and requirements (which may be amended from time to time) set out on the Contract Documents Webpage, that You must follow to obtain Forestry England authorisation to load the Products onto your vehicle and take them from the Work Site.
Dispatch Procedures means the procedures for the despatch of electrical output from the Plant set out in Schedule 4.

  • The Project Company will be deemed to have issued a curtailment instruction in respect of an hour for which it issues dispatch instructions for the delivery of less than the Energy forecast to be delivered by the O&M Contractor in good faith in accordance with the Operating and Dispatch Procedures (such periods constituting Buyer Curtailment Periods).

  • Any Watchman found bypassing the dispatch hall to work a shift or consecutive shift is violating the agreed to Joint Watchmen Dispatch Procedures and Rules.

  • The Generation Dispatch Procedures shall not be part of this Agreement but shall comply with applicable requirements of this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, real-time or routine communications concerning Power Pooling hereunder need not comply with this Section 12.8, provided, that any such communications shall satisfy all applicable requirements of the Generation Dispatch Procedures, the Transmission Dispatch Procedures, the Fuel Supply Dispatch Procedures and the Settlement Process, or any other applicable requirements hereunder.

  • The Parties shall use reasonable endeavours prior to the Commercial Operation Date to agree upon a suite of operating and dispatch procedures including at a minimum, procedures in respect of those matters set out in Schedule 7 (Requirements for Operating and Dispatch Procedures), which procedures shall be the "Operating and Dispatch Procedures" and each Party shall comply with them.

  • The Parties shall, not later than the First Commissioning Date, agree (in accordance with and consistent with the Operating and Dispatch Procedures and all other terms of this Agreement) such further procedures as shall be necessary in accordance with Prudent Operating Practice for the Dispatch of the Plant and operational communications between the Parties.

  • Fuel supply for Generation Resources used for Power Pooling shall be used in accordance with the Fuel Supply Dispatch Procedures.
