Dispatch Services definition

Dispatch Services means all services necessary for the Collin County Sheriff’s Office to receive calls for law enforcement service within the City’s jurisdiction and to dispatch the City’s law enforcement personnel in response to such calls.
Dispatch Services has the meaning assigned to such term under Section 4.1. “Effective Date” means January 1, 2019.
Dispatch Services means: the receipt of information by the Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Access Point (hereinafter, “PSAP”, as defined by WAC 118-66-030(65)) and the transmission of that information to the Agencies by radio using a two-tone alert and two-way radio system selected by Agencies, accepted and accessible by the Sheriff’s Office, and also via computer- based software selected by the Agencies provided to the Sheriff’s Office at Agency expense, and capable of integration with existing call management software (hereafter, “Agency Page- out”). Agency expense for purposes of the computer-based software shall include the cost of the software package including ancillary integrations, installation, maintenance, and subscriptions.

(d) Simply Energy reserves the right to back-charge Advisory Fees for up-to six months from Generation Services Commencement Date if the Generator contracts with an external third party whereby the Generator does not require any on-going services of Simply Energy. 3.2 Simply Energy will work with the Generator to assist in optimal dispatch of the Generation that may include: (a) Liaising with the Generator and Contact Energy ▇▇▇▇▇ control room to support the dispatch of the Generator. (b) Transitioning the Dispatch Services over from Contact Energy to Simply Energy that may result in dispatch service fees and costs that will be managed on a transparent cost pass through basis.
