Display Space definition

Display Space means the space assigned by CEDIA to Table Sponsor under this Contract.
Display Space means the area at the Site that we allocate to the Exhibitor, as set out in our offer to the Exhibitor under section 2.1(c).
Display Space means the area of a commercial establishment in which merchandise is publicly exhibited and offered for sale.

Examples of Display Space in a sentence

  • If the Exhibitor accesses the Display Space while there are fees outstanding, we may require the Exhibitor to immediately leave the Site and to remove its property from the Site, and if the Exhibitor fails to do so within a reasonable time, we may remove the Exhibitor’s property from the Site at the Exhibitor’s expense.

  • If Exhibitor's preferred Display Space is not available, we may consult with the Exhibitor about alternative Display Space.

  • In no event shall CEDIA’s total liability under any circumstances exceed the amount actually paid to CEDIA by Table Sponsor for Display Space in accordance with this Contract.

  • For this purpose, “sublicense” includes sharing or in any way allowing another person to display or advertise goods or services in the Display Space.

  • Unless prior written permission is received from CEDIA, Display Space personnel must be 18 years of age or older.

  • It is CEDIA’s policy to limit Display Space rental to suppliers of products and services used by residential technology systems professionals or those that CEDIA deems complementary to the channel.

  • This Contract constitutes the entire understanding between Table Sponsor and CEDIA related to the Display Space for the Event and supersedes all negotiations, agreements and communications, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

  • In addition, CEDIA shall be entitled to retain all prior payments received, and CEDIA may lease such canceled Display Space to another Table Sponsor at its sole discretion.

  • We are not under any obligation to accept any Application or offer any Display Space to an Exhibitor, including where the Exhibitor has conducted an exhibit at a previous Exhibition.

  • It is further agreed that the Table Sponsor shall not assign, share or sublet in whole or in part any of the Display Space without the express written consent of CEDIA.
