Dispute Resolution Procedure definition

Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolving disputes as set out in Clause 17 (Dispute Resolution);
Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;
Dispute Resolution Procedure means the dispute resolution procedure set out in Clause 47;

Examples of Dispute Resolution Procedure in a sentence

  • If agreement cannot be reached the matter shall be referred to, and resolved in accordance with, the Dispute Resolution Procedure.

  • Where a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be dealt with under the Dispute Resolution Procedure.

  • If the Parties cannot agree an exit plan in accordance with the timescales set out in this Clause 15.9 of this Schedule 2 (such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), such failure to agree shall be deemed a Dispute, which shall be referred to and resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure.

  • If ▇▇▇ does not accept the Provider’s evidence the Provider may refer the matter to the Dispute Resolution Procedure at clause 24.

  • This process shall be repeated until the Financial Distress Service Continuity Plan is approved by Department or referred to the Dispute Resolution Procedure under Paragraph 3.5.
