Examples of Distributed Energy Resource Aggregation in a sentence

  • Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Appendix A to the Distributed Energy Resource Aggregation Agreement or Rule 21.

  • Seller shall not include any Customer premises or resource in a PDR in the DRAM Resource that is concurrently enrolled in or otherwise concurrently committed to any other demand response program offered, maintained, or funded by Buyer (e.g., without limitation, behind-the-meter storage products in the Energy Storage RFO), or that is registered with CAISO as a part of any other demand response resource or Distributed Energy Resource Aggregation, other than as provided under this Agreement.

  • Distributed energy resource means a nonemitting electric generation or renewable resource or program that reduces electric demand, manages the level or timing of electricity consumption, or provides storage, electric energy, capacity, or ancillary services to an electric utility and that is located on the distribution system, any subsystem of the distribution system, or behind the customer meter, including conservation and energy efficiency.

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.
