If a Participant commences distribution with respect to a portion of his/her Account Balance, a separate Distribution Commencement Date applies to any subsequent distribution.
If the Participant is not married as of the Distribution Commencement Date, the QJSA is an immediate annuity payable over the life of the Participant.
