In the event that the Divested Entity wishes to use the software for its own purposes beyond the period specified in this section, LICENSOR shall negotiate in good faith a license and fees with the Divested Entity.
The applicable BTC Recipient shall remain primarily liable for the obligations of the Divested Entity under the applicable Service Modules.
