Document Appendix means the document, substantially in the form contained in the Plan Supplement, by and among Reorganized BSA, the Related Non-Debtor Entities, the Local Councils, the Contributing Chartered Organizations, and the Settlement Trust, in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors, the Ad Hoc Committee, the Coalition, the Future Claimants’ Representative, and the Tort Claimants’ Committee, and TCJC.

Related to Document Appendix

  • Document of gift means a donor card or other record used to make an anatomical gift. The term includes a statement or symbol on a driver's license, identification card, or donor registry.

  • Document type means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

  • Document Checklist means, for any Collateral Loan, an electronic or hard copy list, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J delivered by the Borrower (or the Services Provider on behalf of the Borrower) to the Document Custodian (with a copy to the Collateral Agent) that identifies the Collateral Loan, the applicable Obligor and each of the Related Contracts that shall be delivered to the Document Custodian by the Borrower, and whether each such document is an original or a copy.

  • Appendix means an appendix to this Prospectus that sets out specific information applicable to a Sub-Fund.

  • Accession Agreement means an Accession Agreement substantially in the form of Annex I to the Guaranty.
