Document List definition

Document List means, in respect of an STS Verification, the list of all the documents a draft of which is compiled by Applicant or an Agent and finalised by the assigned PCS analytical staff member as being necessary to check the STS Criteria or the criteria for any Assessment, as updated from time to time during the STS Verification and Assessment process;
Document List. The document list in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Document List means the list of documents set forth in Exhibit Z.

  • Upon the proper filing of the UCC financing and termination statements, in each case listed in the Closing Document List, the security interests granted pursuant to the Credit Documents constitute valid and enforceable first, prior (subject to Permitted Liens) and perfected Liens on the Collateral, to the extent such Liens can be perfected by the filing of such financing statements.

  • Fail to deliver to the Lender the documents, if any, noted as post-closing items on the Closing Document List of even date herewith.

Related to Document List

  • Document type means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

  • Document Checklist means, for any Collateral Loan, an electronic or hard copy list, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J delivered by the Borrower (or the Services Provider on behalf of the Borrower) to the Document Custodian (with a copy to the Collateral Agent) that identifies the Collateral Loan, the applicable Obligor and each of the Related Contracts that shall be delivered to the Document Custodian by the Borrower, and whether each such document is an original or a copy.

  • Document of gift means a donor card or other record used to make an anatomical gift. The term includes a statement or symbol on a driver's license, identification card, or donor registry.

  • Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.

  • Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Custodian in connection with delivery of a Loan to the Custodian that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.
