Documents and Forms definition

Documents and Forms shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.E.2 herein.
Documents and Forms means the documents and forms required to be filed with any authority as specified under the Act or rules or regulations made there under;

Examples of Documents and Forms in a sentence

  • An example of recording lease commissions on a monthly basis can be found in the “Capital Expenditures” form within the Accounting section in the Documents and Forms.

  • Manager acknowledges and agrees that the Documents and Forms and Reporting Requirements are proprietary to Owner, and Manager agrees that Manager, its employees, agents or representatives shall not disseminate, release or use the Reporting Requirements for any purpose other than the performance of Manager’s obligations hereunder.

Related to Documents and Forms

  • Documents includes any and all instruments, documents, agreements, certificates, indentures, notices and other writings, however evidenced.

  • Other Documents means the Note, the Questionnaire, any Guaranty, any Guarantor Security Agreement, any Lender-Provided Interest Rate Hedge, any Letter of Credit Document and any and all other agreements, instruments and documents, including guaranties, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, interest or currency swap agreements or other similar agreements and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed by any Borrower or any Guarantor and/or delivered to Agent or any Lender in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Transfer Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Merger Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Certificate of Merger, and all other agreements and documents entered into in connection with the Merger and the other transactions contemplated hereby.
