DocuSign System definition

DocuSign System means the electronic signature services and the accompanying technology system comprised of proprietary and third party software, hardware, network communications equipment, lines and services, computer servers, data centers, support and maintenance services, security devices and other related technology materials of DocuSign that assists in electronic contracting in the timeshare industry.
DocuSign System has the meaning set forth in the Custody Agreement.

  • If the Electronic Contract Eligibility Conditions are not satisfied as of the Electronic Contract Compliance Date, the Borrower shall cause all Electronic Contracts included in the Collateral which are maintained in the DocuSign System to be removed from the DocuSign System and converted to paper format.

  • If you decide to receive Disclosures from us electronically and to execute Your Contract with us electronically through the DocuSign System, you may, at any time thereafter, change your mind and tell us that you now wish to receive Disclosures only in paper format and to execute Your Contract with an ink signature.
