Draft Plan definition

Draft Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Draft Plan means the plan of subdivision identified on Schedule “K” approved by the County of Grey, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, as amended.
Draft Plan means the draft approved plan as described in Schedule “A” and in the Conditions for the subdivision, development and servicing of the Lands;

More Definitions of Draft Plan

Draft Plan means the draft plan annexed to this deed as Annexure A which generally describes the Proposed Easement Site.
