Draw Schedule means the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit E to be used as a basis for payment of the Fixed Fees component of payments to Private Entity, setting forth the anticipated completion date of the various components of the Project and the value assigned to those different components.

Draw Schedule means the schedule of draws included in the Approved Development Budget and attached hereto as Exhibit E-1 that projects the relative amounts to be drawn on the various components of the Approved Financing during construction and stabilization of the Project and the timing and sequencing of same.
