Drawdown Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Drawdown Request).

Examples of Drawdown Request in a sentence

  • The Drawdown Request shall be delivered by the Borrower to the AFD office director at the address specified in Clause 16.1 (In writing and addresses).

  • The commitment fee shall be computed at the rate specified above on the amount of the Available Credit pro-rated for the actual number of days elapsed increased by the amount of any Drawdown to be made available by the Lender in accordance with any pending Drawdown Request.
