DSL Access definition

DSL Access refers to the use of digital signal transmissions over copper telephone lines to provide connectivity Services to a Customer's premises.
DSL Access means the Attachment Circuit delivered using AAPT 2+, iiNet ADSL2+ and Telstra L2IG, ADSL/ADSL2+.

Examples of DSL Access in a sentence

  • Verizon provides Partner DSL Access (Partner DSL) to enable Customer to obtain access with Secure Gateway to Verizon’s Private IP network via third- party-provided DSL circuits.

  • The CE-to-CE Jitter Service Level only applies if: (a) the nominal leased line Access Circuit or DSL Access Circuit is used for the source Location and the destination Location, and (b) the sample CE-to-CE Jitter’s link load does not exceed: (i) 30%, in the case of IP bandwidth less than or equal to 512 kbps; (ii) 70%, in the case of IP bandwidth less than or equal to 10 Mbps; or (iii) 85%, in the case of IP bandwidth greater than 10 Mbps.

  • The CE-to-CE PLR sample will be included in the calculation of the Location pair’s Monthly average CE-to-CE PLR sample if: (a) the nominal leased line Access Circuit or DSL Access Circuit is used, and (b) the sample CE-to-CE PLR’s link load does not exceed:(i) 30% for IP bandwidth less than or equal to 512 kbps; (ii) 70% for IP bandwidth less than or equal to 10 Mbps; or (iii) 85% for IP bandwidth greater than 10 Mbps.

  • DSL Access <48 h 10% of the monthly recurring Rogers Internet Service charges for the specific Customer Site.

  • The Service shall be terminated in case of a termination of the DSL Access Service, Internet or the Ethernet Service.

  • The CE-to-CE RTD sample will be included in the calculation of the Location pair’s Monthly average CE-to-CE RTD if: (a) the nominal leased line Access Circuit or DSL Access Circuit route is used, and (b) the sample CE-to-CE RTD’s link load does not exceed: (i) 30%, in the case of Service Bandwidth less than or equal to 512 kbps, (ii) 70%, in the case of Service Bandwidth less than or equal to 10 Mbps; or (iii) 85%, in the case of Service Bandwidth greater than 10 Mbps.

  • The SLC for Network TTR is 3.5 hours for the domestic U.S. locations, 4 hours for Global Tier A locations (excluding DSL Access, that is detailed in Appendix A) and 6 hours for Global Tier B.

  • Verizon provides Partner DSL Access (Partner DSL) to enable Customer to obtain access with Secure Gateway to Verizon’s Private IP network via third-party-provided DSL circuits.

  • Some limitations currently apply to the proactive management of a Standard DSL Access when part of “Access Back-up” resiliency using a single CE.

  • The provision is limited to one Service per DSL Access, Internet or Ethernet product.

Related to DSL Access

  • Open Access means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or consumer or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Internet Access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.

  • Critical access hospital or “CAH” means a hospital licensed as a critical access hospital by the department of inspections and appeals pursuant to rule 481—51.52(135B).

  • Lateral Access Roads has the meaning given in subclause (3)(a)(iv));

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;
