Examples of Dutch Network Code in a sentence

  • The quality of Gas at the TTF for which the Customer makes Injection Requests and Withdrawal Requests shall be as prescribed by the TSO and any dispute as to the quality of Gas arising at the TTF shall not be determined under or in connection with this Agreement, but shall be determined separately by GSB and/or the Customer with the TSO according to rights and obligations contained in the Dutch Network Code.

  • Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;

  • Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.
