Edit Check definition

Edit Check means a review conducted by the Disbursement Agent in accordance with the Edit Check Procedures.

  • With respect to each Transaction Request, Disbursement Agent shall perform an Edit Check with respect to each Eligible Asset that Seller has requested Buyer purchase.
