Electronic Interfaces definition

Electronic Interfaces means access to operations support systems consisting of pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing functions.
Electronic Interfaces means any electronic transfer point for Substation and Transmission Line information.

  • A single point of contact for technical issues relating to Electronic Interfaces will be designated by ACS-ANC and by LEVEL 3 within 30 days of RCA approval of this agreement.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS): The pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, Parity: Means subject to the availability, development and implementation of necessary industry standard Electronic Interfaces, the provision by CenturyLink of services or functionality under this Agreement to CLEC, including provisioning and repair, at least equal in quality to those offered to CenturyLink, its Affiliates or any other entity that obtains such services or functionality unless otherwise set forth in Applicable Law.

  • Upon deployment of Electronic Interfaces, Sprint shall provide Carrier maintenance and repair services in a manner that is timely, consistent with service provided to Sprint endusers and/or other Carriers.

Related to Electronic Interfaces

  • Electronic Interface means access to operations support systems consisting of preordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing functions.

  • Electronic nicotine delivery system or “(ENDS)” means any device that delivers a vaporized solution (including nicotine, THC, or any other substance) by means of cartridge or other chemical delivery systems. Such definition shall include, but may not be limited to, any electronic cigarette, vape pen, hookah pen, cigar, cigarillo, pipe, or personal vaporizer. ENDS are not FDA-approved nicotine replacement therapy devices.

  • Electronic System means any electronic system, including e-mail, e-fax, Intralinks®, ClearPar®, Debt Domain, Syndtrak and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by the Administrative Agent and any of its Related Parties or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.
