Operator shall provide Owner with the necessary information for Owner to create and establish its own user name and password for the Electronic Storage System in order to allow Owner to have remote read-only access to all data on the Electronic Storage System without interruption on a 24-hour basis throughout the Operating Term.
Electronic System means any electronic system, including e-mail, e-fax, Intralinks®, ClearPar®, Debt Domain, Syndtrak and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank and any of its respective Related Parties or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.
Electronic smoking device means any product containing or delivering nicotine or any other substance intended for human consumption that can be used by a person in any manner for the purpose of inhaling vapor or aerosol from the product. The term includes any such device, whether manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as an e-cigarette, e-cigar, e-pipe, e-hookah, or vape pen, or under any other product name or descriptor.
Electronic service means the electronic service provided by the Comptroller under section 8A(1);
Electronic Services means a service provided by us, for example an internet trading service offering clients access to information and trading facilities, via an internet service, a WAP service and/or an electronic order routing system;
Electronic Equipment means the items as specified in the Schedule and which are contained or fixed at or in the Insured Premises.
