These procedures apply to wind powered Generating Facilities that have met all ISO requirements for monthly balancing as stated in the ISO Tariff and the ISO Eligible Intermittent Resources Protocol (“EIRP”), or its successor protocol.
The seller submitted schedules to the CAISO consistent with the CAISO’s Eligible Intermittent Resources Protocol (EIRP).
Seller shall install all equipment necessary for the Facility to participate in the Eligible Intermittent Resources Protocol (EIRP), or successor program.
