Eligible program of study definition

Eligible program of study means an undergraduate or graduate program of study which is preparatory to teacher certification;

Eligible program of study means a program of study leading to a first undergraduate degree or certificate and which does not require prior undergraduate preparation.

Eligible program of study means, beginning with the fall semester of 2021, a federal Title IV-eligible curriculum of courses leading to a certificate, diploma, or an associate or baccalaureate degree at an eligible postsecondary institution;

Eligible program of study means a federal Title IV-eligible curriculum of courses leading to completion of a special education endorsement or certificate concurrently with a bachelor's degree at an eligible postsecondary institution.

Eligible program of study means an undergraduate program, of a least two (2) academic years' duration, offered by an educational institution which:

Eligible program of study means a program approved by the authority that leads to an industry-recognized certificate, diploma, or associate of applied science degree in one (1) of Kentucky's top five (5) high-demand workforce sectors identified by the Kentucky Workforce Innovation Board and the Education and Workforce Development Cabinet;

Eligible program of study means an undergraduate or graduate program of study which is preparatory to teacher certification, as determined by the authority;

Eligible program of study means an undergraduate or graduate program of study which is preparatory to initial teacher certification[, but does not lead to a certificate, diploma, or degree in theology, divinity, or religious education].

Eligible program of study means a program accredited by the Accreditation Council on Optometric Education that leads to a Doctor of Optometry degree;
