Eligible Project Expenditures definition

Eligible Project Expenditures means the aggregate of expenditures incurred by the Project Implementing Entity in a Fiscal Year for Eligible Project Activities set forth in the table in Section IV.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, excluding expenditures financed by the Recipient and communities.

Eligible Project Expenditures means the dollar amount of the actual and verifiable expenditures made by the Recipient on account of the Eligible Project Expenditures Cat- egories incurred and paid from the Project Start Date up to and including the Project Completion Date, or such other date as required under the Agreement.

Examples of Eligible Project Expenditures in a sentence

  • Provide a budget status report detailing the Project Investment Commitment Budget (“PICB”) (for reference, see Schedule “B-1” for the Project Investment Commitment Budget) and actual Eligible Project Expenditures as applicable.

  • Eligible Project Expenditures are one-time expenditures directly attributable to the development and implementation of the Project.

Related to Eligible Project Expenditures

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.

  • Operating Expenditures means all Partnership Group expenditures, including, but not limited to, taxes, reimbursements of the General Partner, repayment of Working Capital Borrowings, debt service payments and capital expenditures, subject to the following:

  • Project Expenses means usual and customary operating and financial costs. The term does not include extraordinary capital expenses, development fees and other non-operating expenses.

  • Expansion Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures for Acquisitions or Capital Improvements. Expansion Capital Expenditures shall include interest (including periodic net payments under related interest rate swap agreements) and related fees paid during the Construction Period on Construction Debt. Where cash expenditures are made in part for Expansion Capital Expenditures and in part for other purposes, the General Partner shall determine the allocation between the amounts paid for each.

  • Eligible Expenditures means the expenditures for goods, works and consultants’ services referred to in Section 2.02 of this Agreement;
