Each Member is listed on Exhibit A hereto as an Eligible Public Entity or has otherwise been determined by the Board of Directors to qualify for membership.
The Contractor shall ensure invoices be submitted to the CDT on behalf of the Eligible Public Entity on a quarterly or monthly basis in arrears.

Any Eligible Public Entity (as defined in the Contract) may use the Service Offerings under its own AWS Enterprise Account(s) under the terms of this Agreement and the Contract.
The Service Provider shall not access, move, use, or disclose Eligible Public Entity accounts or State Data, except as set forth in the Service Agreement.
