  • With effect from the EMA Start Date until the expiry of the Term or the Extended Term (as applicable), the Franchise Agreement shall be varied as set out in schedule 1 to this EMA and by clauses 5 to 18 below.

  • The Authority shall notify the Franchisee, no less than seven (7) days prior to the start of each Reporting Period (or, in the case of the first Reporting Period following the EMA Start Date, as soon as reasonably practicable), of the amount of the Franchise Payment payable in respect of that Reporting Period.
