Enabled Content definition

Enabled Content means data, information, text, reports and other Content resulting from and enabled by the execution of the Licensed Software and accessible by User.
Enabled Content means the Documentation, report templates, or other works served by the PulsePoint Software to Elavon Users by the execution of the PulsePoint Software; provided, however, that in no event shall “Enabled Content” include any Merchant Services Data or any portion or subset thereof.
