Enabling Laws definition

Enabling Laws means the State Constitution, the Water Activity Enterprise Act, the Public Securities Refunding Act, and the Supplemental Public Securities Act, and other applicable law relating to the authorization and issuance of the Note.
Enabling Laws means (i) the State Constitution, (ii) the Charter, (iii) the Act and (iv) all other applicable laws of the State enabling the actions taken or to be taken pursuant to this Ordinance.
