End User Records definition

End User Records means the records maintained by VAR that show, at minimum, the name and address of each End User to whom VAR has sold the Authorized Product(s).
End User Records means the records maintained by ASC that show, at minimum, the name and address of each End User to whom ASC has sold the Authorized Product(s).
End User Records means the records maintained by Reseller that show, at minimum, the name and address of each End User to whom Reseller has sold the Authorized Product(s).

Examples of End User Records in a sentence

  • All customer data, including End User Records, is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Autodesk and VAR shall have no right, title or interest in or to such customer data.

  • VAR may not use the End User Records for any reason except promotion, sale and support of the Authorized Products pursuant to this VAR Agreement without the prior written consent of Autodesk.

  • In using End User Records for the promotion, sale and support of the Authorized Products pursuant to this VAR Agreement, VAR shall, at minimum, utilize the following; (i) an “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” option on every marketing piece sent to End User regardless of form, (ii) a limitation on marketing contact with End Users to no more frequently than one time per calendar month.

  • As between Discreet and Reseller, Discreet shall be the exclusive owner of the End User Records and it shall be treated by Reseller as Discreet’s valuable trade secret.

  • Reseller may not use the End User Records for any reason except promotion, sale and support of the Authorized Products pursuant to this Agreement without the prior written consent of Discreet.

  • As between Autodesk and VAR, Autodesk shall be the exclusive owner of the End User Records and the End User Records shall be treated by VARas Autodesk’s valuable trade secret.

  • In using End User Records for the promotion, sale and support of the Authorized Products pursuant to this Agreement, Reseller shall, at minimum, utilize the following; (i) and “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” option on every marketing piece sent to End User regardless of form, (ii) a limitation on marketing contact with End Users to no more frequently then one time per calendar month.

  • In using End User Records for the promotion, sale and support of the Autodesk Product(s) pursuant to this VAR Agreement, VAR shall, at a minimum, utilize the following; (i) an “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” option on every marketing piece sent to End User regardless of form, and (ii) a limitation on marketing contact with End Users to no more frequently than one time per calendar month.

  • All customer data, including End User Records, is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Discreet and Reseller shall have no right, title or interest in or to such customer data.

  • End User Records will be deemed successfully uploaded when the End User name, valid street address (not postal address), and ten-digit TN or AEUI from which the End User may initiate a 911 call are all resident in Bandwidth’s database.

Related to End User Records

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Educational records means: those official records, files, and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to records encompassing all the material kept in the student's cumulative folder such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols, and individualized education programs.

  • Business Records means all files, documents, instruments, papers, books, reports, records, tapes, microfilms, photographs, letters, ledgers, journals, financial statements, technical documentation (design specifications, functional requirements, operating instructions, logic manuals, flow charts, etc.), user documentation (installation guides, user manuals, training materials, release notes, working papers, etc.), Tax Returns, other Tax work papers and files and other documents in whatever form, physical, electronic or otherwise.
