Endpoint Device definition

Endpoint Device means an internet capable device that communicates across a network, such as laptops, telephones and personal computers.
Endpoint Device means any device for which any function is performed by the Software (including but not limited to delivering, installing, updating, migrating or repairing any computer program or data file; or monitoring, tracking, or reporting on the status or history of any software or hardware components or software licenses on or used by the device). An Endpoint Device can be a personal computer, desktop computer, laptop computer, netbook computer, server, kiosk computer, web terminal, point of sale terminal, virtual machine, or handheld computing device such as a smart phone or PDA. Endpoint Device does not include peripheral equipment such as printers, routers or switches. As used in this definition, a “server” is any physical computer or virtual machine whose primary function is to provide services, resources, or information to other computers, including without limitation web servers, file servers, database servers, and network servers.
Endpoint Device means personal computers, laptops, tablets, office printers, smartphones and peripherals such as scanners, monitors, and ancillary computing devices.

(l) "Order Form" shall mean a Druva order form or other written document (e.g., purchase order) that identifies Druva's products and services ordered by Customer, which is submitted by Customer directly to Druva or through a reseller, and is accepted by Druva in writing, but shall exclude any pre-printed or linked terms and conditions set forth in such written document that are in addition to, inconsistent or in conflict with, or different than, this Agreement. The term "reseller" in this Agreement shall refer to a reseller or a distributor of Druva's products and services, as applicable. (m) "Software" shall mean the client software agent installed on an Endpoint Device and any feature or functionality add-ons, and any modified versions and copies of, and upgrades, updates and additions to such software, licensed to Customer pursuant to this Agreement. (n) "Term" shall mean the period of time during which Cloud Services are available to Customer pursuant to this Agreement which will commence on the commencement date set forth in the Order Form(s) and will end on the termination of this Agreement. After the initial term set forth in the Order Form, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive 1 year renewal terms, unless either party provides the other party with written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the next renewal term or this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 12(b). (o) "Third-Party Legal Proceeding" shall mean any formal legal proceeding filed by an unaffiliated third party before a court.
Endpoint Device means an information technology (IT) device that includes, but is not limited to, a desktop, laptop, notebook, tablet, or smartphone that is generally used by a human to connect to the Internet.
