Enhancement Project definition

Enhancement Project means a supplement to a project that has been approved by the Institute for funding and for which a Member wishes to provide additional funding and agrees to the terms of a separate Enhancement Project Agreement.

Enhancement Project means streetscaping, Adopt an Interchange and bike lanes funded by sources other than those administered by SCDOT. Permission to perform work on the highway rights-of-way and oversight and standards for such projects are granted through encroachment permits.
