Enterprise Storage definition

Enterprise Storage means: (i) application storage excluding system overheads used in connection with STM Server Operating Instances and/ or (ii) the storage used in connection with Email Services or File and Print Services. Enterprise Storage consists of the storage components set forth below in Tier 1-3 and includes direct attached and shared storage. Storage totals include only the “Allocated” portion of Enterprise Storage as set forth in Table C. Storage attached to backup servers to make a temporary backup (intermediate storage) must be excluded from the RU volume. Tier 1 storage is used for replicated storage requirements with one (1) gigabyte of billable resource volume inclusive of the replicated storage.
Enterprise Storage means: (i) application storage used in connection with billable Server Operating Instances or Virtual Appliances and/ or (ii) the storage used in connection with Enterprise File and Print Services. Enterprise Storage includes the storage components set forth below in Tier 1-4 and includes direct attached and shared storage. Storage totals include only the “Allocated” portion of Enterprise Storage as set forth in Table C. Storage attached to backup servers to make a temporary backup (intermediate storage) for non-Avamar environments shall be excluded from the RU volume. Replicated storage will be Charged based on total gigabytes, including the secondary replication copy.

Examples of Enterprise Storage in a sentence

  • Customer shall be licensed to use the Enterprise Storage Software so long as Customer complies with the terms of this Agreement.

  • A SUSE Enterprise Storage Subscription Offering is required for each SES Node deployed on a Physical Server or Virtual Machine as part of the SES Storage Cluster.

  • All new versions or releases of the applicable Enterprise Storage Software generally made available by EMC at no additional charge to other licensees for Enterprise Storage Software that is covered by an EMC warranty or under an annual maintenance contract between EMC and the licensee.

  • For a period of twenty-four (24) months following the Closing Date, each member of the Seller Group agrees that it will not, and will cause the other Remaining Entities not to, participate or engage in the design of, or to engage or direct any third party to design on behalf of any Remaining Entity, any Enterprise Storage Device.

  • With respect to the same storage cluster, Licensor grants to You a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to reproduce and use within Your Organization (as defined below) up to one (1) copy of SUSE® Enterprise Storage and up to one (1) copy of SUSE® Linux Enterprise Server for the sole purpose of running up to one (1) SES Infrastructure Node (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) on the same storage cluster.

  • Customer shall not use the Software on any device other than the Designated EMC System or Host CPU, as applicable, except that the Enterprise Storage Software may be temporarily transferred to a replacement Designated EMC System or Host CPU, as applicable (and deleted from the original Designated EMC System or Host CPU) if the Designated EMC System or Host CPU is inoperable due to malfunction or initiation of a disaster recovery program or is otherwise not able to use the Enterprise Storage Software.

  • The Enterprise Storage Architect duties will include installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting of storage systems and management of Storage Area Network, Network Attached Storage, Direct Attached Storage devices and related software.

  • SUSE Enterprise Storage Base (“SES Base”) To receive Subscription Offering benefits for SES Base, a Current SES Base Subscription Offering is required.

  • With respect to the same storage cluster, Licensor grants to You a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to reproduce and use within Your Organization (as defined below) one (1) copy of SUSE® Enterprise Storage and one (1) copy of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for the sole purpose of running one (1) Ceph® management node on the same storage cluster.

  • With respect to the same storage cluster, Licensor grants to You a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to reproduce and use within Your Organization (as defined in the general license grant section above) up to six (6) copies of SUSE Enterprise Storage and up to six (6) copies of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for the sole purpose of running up to six (6) SES Infrastructure Nodes (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) on the same storage cluster.

Related to Enterprise Storage

  • Enterprise zone means a neighborhood enterprise zone designated under the neighborhood enterprise zone act, 1992 PA 147, MCL 207.771 to 207.787.

  • aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;

  • Urban Enterprise Zones means a zone designated by the New Jersey Enterprise Zone Authority pursuant to the New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zones Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27H-60 et. seq.

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.

  • Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/ or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million as defined in Article 1 and Article 2(1) and (3) of the Annex to Recommendation 2003/361/EC as may be amended from time to time;
