Entire Contract definition

Entire Contract. This Contract constitutes the entire contract and understanding between you and XOOM with respect to its subject matter and superseding all prior written and oral contracts and representations made with respect to the subject matter.

Maximum Benefit Limit of Liability: All limits are applied per person. Misstatement of Age: If premiums are based on age and You have misstated Your age, there will be a fair adjustment of premiums based on Your true age. If the benefits for which You are insured are based on age and You have misstated Your age, there will be an adjustment of said benefit based on Your true age. We may require satisfactory proof of age before paying any claim.
Entire Contract. This Contract (including your enrollment authorization, Confirmation Email and Welcome Letter and Disclosure Statement) constitutes the entire contract and understanding between you and XOOM Energy with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior written and oral agreements and representations made with respect to the subject matter.
