Entity or Entities definition

Entity or Entities means any person; business; individual; partnership; joint venture; agency; governmental agency, body, or subdivision; association; firm; corporation; limited liability company; or other entity of any kind.
Entity or Entities means collectively, each Borrower Entity and REIT Entity, or individually, any Borrower Entity and/or REIT Entity, as the context may require.
Entity or Entities means, as to a Party, that Party and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, partners, employees and agents and the heirs, executors, successors and permitted assigns of any of the foregoing.

  • Entity or Entities Means a governmental body, agency, unit or division (including those categories described in the definition of DIR Customer), corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, association, or other organization or entity.

  • The Parties agree that the applicable Audit and Conflicts Committee shall have the authority to settle any such dispute, in its sole discretion, recognizing that it is the intent of all Parties that all shared expenses or services be allocated among the EPCO Group and the applicable Partnership Entity or Entities on a fair and reasonable basis.

  • If there is a Change of Control of Customer, then the provisions of this Agreement shall continue to apply to all Customer Accounts of Customer and its Affiliates immediately prior to such Change of Control, but shall not apply to any Customer Accounts of the Entity or Entities that Acquire Control of Customer which were not subject to this Agreement prior to such Change of Control.

  • And the Service Provider will fully cooperate in any disentanglement efforts any Subscribing Entity reasonably requests at no cost to the requesting Subscribing Entity or Entities.

  • I understand that I will not be entitled to assign or delegate this Agreement or any of my rights or obligations hereunder, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, except with the prior written consent of the Company (or such other Ekso Bionics Entity or Entities as may be designated by the Company).

  • Should the Service Provider receive any public records request with respect to any Subscribing Entity’s Data, the Service Provider will immediately notify the affected Subscribing Entity or Entities and fully cooperate with the affected Subscribing Entity or Entities as it or they direct.

  • Even if the Company (or such other Ekso Bionics Entity or Entities as may be designated by the Company) does not so request, I will upon termination of my employment return to the Company (or such other Ekso Bionics Entity or Entities as may be designated by the Company) all Ekso Bionics Entity property, and I will not take with me or retain any such items.

  • Sponsor Entities means (i) CSL Capital Management, LLC, Ranger Energy Holdings, LLC and Torrent Energy Holdings, LLC and (ii) any of their respective Affiliates and any investment fund or other Person advised or managed by any Sponsor Entity; provided, however, that neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries shall be considered Sponsor Entities hereunder.

  • Community or broad-based enterprise means an enterprise that has an empowerment shareholder who represents a broad base of members such as a local community or where the benefits support a target group, for example black women, people living with disabilities, the youth and workers. Shares are held via direct equity, non-profit organisations and trusts.

  • Person or Entity means an individual, natural person, corporation, government or political subdivision or agency of a government, and where two or more persons act as a partnership, limited partnership, syndicate or other group for the purpose of acquiring, holding or disposing of securities of an issuer, such partnership, limited partnership, syndicate or group shall be deemed to be a Person or Entity.

  • Performing Common Equity means Capital Stock (other than Preferred Stock) and warrants of an issuer all of whose outstanding debt is Performing.
