Equality and Diversity Policy definition

Equality and Diversity Policy has the meaning set out in Clause 25.2;
Equality and Diversity Policy means an equality and diversity policy which sets out an organisation’s aims and obligations with regards equality in both employment and in service delivery (both goods and services).
Equality and Diversity Policy means as specified in Clause 5.2(b); “Excess Claims” means as specified in Clause 14.18;

Equality and Diversity Policy means the Provider’s equality and diversity policy setting out the Provider’s aims regarding equality in employment and service delivery including any decisions made under the Sex Discrimination Act Section 7.
