Equivalent Data definition

Equivalent Data means data derived from an analysis of the Comparable Rates and/or the Comparable Goods and/or Services (as applicable) provided by the Comparison Group The Supplier acknowledges that the Authority wishes to ensure that the Goods and/or Services, represent value for money to the taxpayer throughout the Dynamic Purchasing System Period. This DPS Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement) sets out the following processes to ensure this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement represents value for money throughout the Dynamic Purchasing System Period and subsequently while any Contracts remain in force: Continuous Improvement;
