Error Resolution. If you notice an error on a PacificCard™ receipt or statement, contact the PacificCard™ Office immediately after the error appears and no later than 30 days. If you report the error orally, a written confirmation may be required within 10 days. The investigation results will be available within 10 days of notification; however, if more time is needed, the investigation may take up to 45 days.
