Examples of ES&S Firmware in a sentence

  • The Software License, Maintenance and Support Fee shall be comprised of (i) a fee for the Software License, Maintenance and Support provided for the ES&S Firmware, and (ii) a fee for the Software License, Maintenance and Support provided for all other ES&S Software, and shall be in addition to any fees or charges separately referred to in any Section of this Exhibit A.

  • Updates to the ES&S Firmware will be incorporated by ES&S into a regularly scheduled preventative maintenance event at no additional charge to Customer.

  • If during the life of this Agreement Provincial or Federal Governments shall introduce legislation to provide benefits already covered by the plan, the plan shall be amended so as to eliminate said benefits.

  • The ES&S Firmware and ES&S Software are collectively referred to hereinafter as the “ES&S Software.” The payment terms for the ES&S Equipment and ES&S Software are set forth on the front side of this Agreement.

  • Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.

  • Software means (a) all computer programs, including source code and object code versions, (b) all data, databases and compilations of data, whether machine readable or otherwise, and (c) all documentation, training materials and configurations related to any of the foregoing.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.
