Established requirements definition

Established requirements means a position’s individual job related qualification standards established by the department in accordance with the specific requirements and/or needs of the position and are subject to review by the human resource director.
Established requirements means the functional and other requirements established by the Customer for the results of the IT Services in case of a Fixed-Result Order, which are set out in the Statement of Works or an annex thereto and in respect of which the Parties have clearly agreed in writing.
