EU Model Contract definition

EU Model Contract means the Standard Contractual Clauses for the Transfer of Personal Data to Processors Established in Third Countries pursuant to Commission Decision 2010/87/EU of 5 February 2010 or any successor document issued by the European Commission.
EU Model Contract has the meaning provided in Section 14A.2(a)(i).
EU Model Contract means the Commission Decision of 5 February 2010 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to controllers established in third countries under Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (2010/87/EU). Order has the meaning assigned to that term in Article 9.1 of this Processor Agreement. Partner means the legal person referred to as Distributor in the “Non-Exclusive Distribution Agreement” or Dealer in the “Huacheng Dealer Partner Program Agreement” or under any other title indicated in the Agreement.

  • To this end, the Customer hereby authorizes Entco to execute a controller to processor EU Model Contract (C (2010) 593) on its behalf to cover the transfer of any Customer personal data which originates from the EEA to any Entco Affiliate supporting the SaaS or Professional Services and being located in a country which does not have a finding of adequacy pursuant to Article 25(6) of Directive 95.46/EC (the “Model Contract”).

More Definitions of EU Model Contract

EU Model Contract means a contract between the applicable data importer and the applicable data exporter, which contract will include the standard contractual clauses provided or approved by the applicable European Union or implementing country authorities governing the transfer and processing of personal data outside of the European Union. As of the Agreement Effective Date, such standard contractual clauses are those provided in the annex to Decision 2002/16/EC of the European Commission dated December 27, 2001 for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries; and
EU Model Contract means the controller to processor model contract C(2010)593, with the optional indemnity deleted or any replacement model contract for transfer to processors approved by the European Commission.

  • Project Contract means any Contract, excluding this Agreement and, as and when executed, the Ancillary Agreements [reserved], to which Seller is a party, or by which Seller or any of the Project Assets is bound, that relates to or has the primary purpose of supporting the Work or the Project, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Contract pursuant to which Seller or any of its Affiliates is granted a real property or other interest in the Project Site (in whole or in part) or is licensed or granted the right to use, or holds or possesses, any Project Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Customer Contract means the terms and conditions that Customer accepts to receive access to and use the applicable Offering.
