EV Guidelines refers to the official, adopted guidelines governing EV Certificates as established by the CA/Browser Forum that are available online at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
EV Guidelines means; (i) in respect to EV SSL Certificate(s), the most recent version of the CA/Browser Forum Guidelines For The Issuance And Management of Extended Validation Certificates (“EV SSL Guidelines”), and (ii) in respect to EV Code Signing Certificate(s), the most recent version of the CA/Browser Forum Guidelines For The Issuance And Management of Extended Validation Code Signing Certificates (“EV Code Signing Guidelines”).   • This Agreement will continue for the Subscription Term, however, it will terminate if You, Your Affiliates, or Your Agents fail to comply with any of the material terms or conditions of this Agreement (including for the avoidance of any doubt, the CPS and in the case of EV SSL Certificates and EV Code Signing Certificate(s), the EV Guidelines).

  • With respect to any Certificates issued by QuoVadis to Customer hereunder, the parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement constitutes the subscriber agreement, as required under the applicable industry standards, guidelines and requirements related to the issuance of Certificates (including the EV Guidelines, as defined in the Certificate Terms of Use).

  • Upon Sectigo’s acceptance of Subscriber’s Certificate Request, Sectigo shall attempt to validate the information provided in accordance with the Sectigo CPS, industry standards and, for EV Certificates, the EV Guidelines.

More Definitions of EV Guidelines

EV Guidelines means the Extended Validation Guidelines published by the CA/Browser Forum (“CAB Forum”) and made publicly available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Customer may revoke this authority by sending notice to DigiCert. Customer is responsible for periodically reviewing and reconfirming which individuals have authority to request and approve Certificates. If Customer wishes to remove a Portal Account user, Customer will take the steps necessary to prevent such user’s access to the Portal, including changing its password and other authentication mechanisms for its Portal Account. Customer must notify DigiCert immediately if any unauthorized use of the Portal or Portal Account is detected. Customer affirms that: (i) Customer authorizes DigiCert to scan, gather, and collect data pertinent to DigiCert’s services and to automate Certificate renewal and upgrade; (ii) Customer will use the services to scan and automate only the domains, IP addresses, or assets that Customer owns or controls; (iii) Customer will use the services only for its intended purpose as described and marketed by DigiCert.

  • 2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Program Guidelines means any and all GLO-approved documents reflecting specific rules and regulations governing the implementation of the Program.
