Evaluation Data definition

Evaluation Data means any data, information, or results related to the Product derived internally by Revogenex or received from Third Parties prior to the Closing. Such Evaluation Data shall include, without limitation, any such data, information, or results received from Third Parties that Revogenex does not own but to which Revogenex has a license or other right to use or otherwise exploit.

ST shall accept or reject the IC Design based on the Evaluation Data and shall give RFM written notice thereof within seven (7) calendar days after RFM’s delivery of the Evaluation Data to ST.

More Definitions of Evaluation Data

Evaluation Data means the test data provided by IDW to Customer for use during the Subscription Period.
