Event Contributor definition

Event Contributor means the entity that is participating in the Event as a Partner or Exhibitor or both. Event Contributor Logo means the logo of the Event Contributor to be displayed as part of the Benefits.

  • The Event Contributor acknowledges that ASFA may not necessarily always use a colour version of the Event Contributor Logo.

  • The Event Contributor has sole liability and responsibility for obtaining all rights necessary for the use and display of all Promotional Material in accordance with this agreement.

  • The Event Contributor must not disclose the terms of this Agreement (including the Fees) to any other person except with ASFA’s prior written consent or as required by Law.

  • This Agreement represents the whole agreement between ASFA and the Event Contributor and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties (whether written or oral).

Related to Event Contributor

  • Development Contribution means the provision made by a developer under a planning agreement, being payment of a monetary contribution, the dedication of land, the carrying out of a work-in-kind, the provision of a material public benefit to be used for or applied towards a public purpose, or any combination of the above.

  • Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.

  • Client Contract means a futures or option contract between us and you, which is matched by an identical Contract;
