  • During any Interruption Period, other than a Force Majeure Event or a Maintenance Suspension Event, Producer shall still be obligated to pay Gatherer the Fresh Water Fee and Fresh Water Delivery Fee, as defined in Article 4, for any Fresh Water delivered during an Interruption Period.
